While men and women in the Internet Marketing sector love Internet Marketing for the possibilities it provides, it is also painfully obvious that people who do not work in this sector tend to view it through a highly critical eye. There are however plenty of misconceptions floating around with regards to Internet Marketing and, frankly, the internet in general. While individuals who work in the market know how legitimate and fulfilling it can be at the same time, it poses a problem: do you want to be judged for it in your regular life?

Lots of folks who make money online do so simply by using a pseudonym. They utilize fake names because they prefer to keep their Internet Marketing work apart from everything else that they do, particularly when they only do the work part time. Whether or not you decide to use a pseudonym for the business you decide to do is totally your choice.  For lots of people it is merely easier to have one name for their offline life and another for their internet life. Other folks like retaining things under their legal names because it is just easier.
